## Services

Veterinary medicine, preventive care, vaccination, surgery, hospitalization, digital
radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, dental care and grooming. Boarding and Pet Taxi are
separate services. Advanced services are also offered separately: Laser Surgery, Laser
Therapy, Ophthalmic Services, Complete Abdominal Ultrasound, Echocardiography and
Electrocardiography. Pet travel health certificates are available following a veterinary
evaluation and must be coordinated in advance according to the destination and airline.
Baldwin Animal Hospital coordinates the Laser Surgery service, and
the laser surgical procedure is performed at Caparra Animal Hospital according to the
veterinary evaluation and medical plan.

## The Online Pet Shop

The store offers veterinary-selected preventives, supplements, nutrition, hygiene and
dental products. Products marked Rx require veterinary validation before an order is
completed. Product availability and prices must be confirmed by Baldwin Animal Hospital.
The official opening date will be formally announced by Baldwin Animal Hospital.

## Preventive offers

A full-month dental prophylaxis offer featuring professional scaling and polishing begins
again in August 2026 and repeats every three months. Additional preventive offers are
being developed together; their dates, benefits and clinical requirements will be formally
announced once confirmed. Offers are subject to clinical evaluation and availability.

## Trupanion pet insurance

Trupanion pet medical insurance is available in Puerto Rico for eligible dogs and cats.
It is designed for new illnesses and unexpected injuries and may cover 90% of eligible
expenses, subject to the current policy, deductibles, waiting periods, exclusions, fees
and taxes. Eligibility and final coverage are determined by Trupanion. Baldwin Animal
Hospital does not sell or underwrite the insurance.
